FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) is everything in a commercial space that isn’t part of the building itself. When a hotel does a refresh, an office moves, or a restaurant closes, all of it has to come out before the new package goes in.
We remove beds and casegoods, seating, desks, tables, lighting, artwork, mirrors, drapery, and loose equipment. Items still in usable condition get donated where we can place them. Anything hardwired or plumbed has to be disconnected by your tradespeople before we arrive.

About Us
KB Haul Heroes started because Andrew Carpenter was flipping houses and needed a dump trailer for his own cleanouts. He doesn’t believe in owning equipment that sits around between jobs, so he put the trailer to work hauling for other people too. That’s when he saw how much of the local junk removal market was flaky, undersized, or not properly insured.
So he built the alternative: a 14.5 cubic yard trailer, a fully insured crew, and volume-based pricing laid out before we load anything. Since 2025 we’ve completed 100+ jobs, from single-item pickups to full hoarder house cleanouts, across Northwest Arkansas, North Central Arkansas, and Southwest Missouri. Andrew runs the field side, and Beth Carpenter runs business operations behind the scenes.
