- Get a price range up front: From your photo or when we arrive, we give you a price range based on how much of our trailer the overflow will fill.
- We pull it down to the fill line: Our crew hand-loads everything stacked above the rim, or pulls out the heavy debris if the load was flagged as too heavy, and cleans up around the container.
- Your dumpster gets picked up: With the load back under the fill line, you call your rental company to reschedule. No second dumpster, no extra week of rental.

KB Haul Heroes started because Andrew Carpenter was flipping houses and needed a dump trailer for his own cleanouts. He doesn’t believe in owning equipment that sits around between jobs, so he put the trailer to work hauling for other people too. That’s when he saw how much of the local junk removal market was flaky, undersized, or not properly insured.
So he built the alternative: a 14.5 cubic yard trailer, a fully insured crew, and volume-based pricing laid out before we load anything. Since 2025 we’ve completed 100+ jobs, from single-item pickups to full hoarder house cleanouts, across Northwest Arkansas, North Central Arkansas, and Southwest Missouri. Andrew runs the field side, and Beth Carpenter runs business operations behind the scenes.
