Delinquent Unit Cleanouts for Storage Facilities
After a delinquent unit goes through the lien and auction process, whatever didn’t sell still has to go somewhere. Every day that unit sits full is a day it isn’t earning rent. We come in, empty it, and haul everything off.
To be clear about our role: your facility handles the lien, notice, and auction process. We don’t. Once you’ve cleared the unit for disposal, we remove everything inside, including furniture, boxes, appliances, mattresses, and trash, and leave it swept out.
Why Choose KB Haul Heroes for Delinquent Unit Cleanouts
We already clean out storage units for individual customers, so we know how these units get packed. Our 14.5 cubic yard trailer takes more per trip than most local haulers. Fully insured crew, 24-hour response, and we donate and recycle whatever we can.
Our Process for Delinquent Unit Cleanouts
Here’s how delinquent unit cleanouts works with KB Haul Heroes:
- Call or book online: Call 479-388-0072 or use the Book Now button. We respond within 24 hours, and same-day and next-day slots are available.
- Get a price range up front: Tell us what’s going or send a few photos, and we’ll give you a price range based on how much of our 14.5 cubic yard trailer it will fill.
- We load and haul: Our crew empties the unit, loads the trailer, and sweeps it out so it’s ready for the next renter.
- Donate, recycle, dispose: Anything reusable gets donated, metal and recyclables get separated out, and the rest goes to the appropriate facility.
Pricing for Delinquent Unit Cleanouts
Delinquent Unit Cleanouts is priced by volume, based on how much of our 14.5 cubic yard trailer your load fills. You get a price range before we start, and you pay for what actually gets loaded. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
We accept cash, credit, debit, and checks.
About Us
KB Haul Heroes started because Andrew Carpenter was flipping houses and needed a dump trailer for his own cleanouts. He doesn’t believe in owning equipment that sits around between jobs, so he put the trailer to work hauling for other people too. That’s when he saw how much of the local junk removal market was flaky, undersized, or not properly insured.
So he built the alternative: a 14.5 cubic yard trailer, a fully insured crew, and volume-based pricing laid out before we load anything. Since 2025 we’ve completed 100+ jobs, from single-item pickups to full hoarder house cleanouts, across Northwest Arkansas, North Central Arkansas, and Southwest Missouri. Andrew runs the field side, and Beth Carpenter runs business operations behind the scenes.
